The 2013 Pattaya International Music Festival will take place along Beach
Road and at Bali Hai Pier from March 22-24. Regarded as one of the biggest
international beach music festivals in Asia, the event will bring together a
number of famous Asian and Thai artists and over 400,000 music fans are expected

The next Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) meeting will be on Sunday, March
24. Everyone is warmly welcome. The speakers will be Victoria Kudriavtseva and
Margot Weinmann. They recently started a Pattaya branch of the National Museum
Volunteers, an international group of people interested in the history, art and
culture of Thailand and South-East Asia. The Club meets every Sunday morning at

The North Star Library on Sukhumvit Road, north Pattaya holds regular Thai
language classes Mon - Fri from 10.30 till 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. till 2.30 p.m.
Cost of admission is 100 baht per session for library members and 200 baht for
non-members. Private lessons are also available for 200 baht per hour. In
addition, the library also holds Yoga training every Tuesday from 1 - 2 p.m. at
the Father Ray Foundation. Cost is 1200 baht for 6 sessions (first session
