Nithi Sthapitanonda, National Artist in the field of architecture, recently presided over the opening ceremony of the art exhibition titled “H.M. the King’s 86th Birthday Anniversary” by Club Napralarn at the Amari Watergate Bangkok. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Faculty of Painting Sculpture and Graphic Arts, Silpakorn University Alumni Association. Dusit Thani Pattaya GM Chatchawal Supachayanont (centre) led hotel staff and management on a pilgrimage to Amphoe Prasat in Surin province to participate in the krathin religious ceremonies marking the end of the Buddhist Lent. Colleagues from Dusit Princess Srinakarin Bangkok, together with staff from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, Chot Amnat Limited and Green Leaf Foundation joined in making merit at the Wat Rat Niyom Temple in Plai district. Donations of cash to help build restroom facilities for the village including school supplies, bicycles for schoolchildren and medical equipment for the local hospital were also presented.
