Unless you lock him in the house, there is not much you can do. Try to explain to him that fighting is not the only way to get attention. He should join sports-classes instead. To prevent him from losing all his teeth, you can buy from Europe or the USA a teeth-saving box. It’s available in drug stores and it contains a special nutritive solvent to keep a lost tooth alive for 24 hours. The dentist can insert the lose tooth within that period of time.

Never ever have there been so many attractive women over 40. It’s a fact that in many relationships an age-difference as such doesn’t matter at all. More important is respect and love. I am very sure, despite the fact that you are very good and, probably, very young looking, your friend knows that you are older than him. He still likes you. He still gives you compliments. He is a European. Usually they are different than Thai men. Age doesn’t really matter to them. Young men now a days like to speak more open about sex, feelings, desires - and fears. Young men are, contrary to generations before them, more sympathetic, appreciative and considerate.
Don’t be shy! Do what you feel you have to do. Tell him about your feelings and don’t lye about your age - one day he’ll find out. You are a woman in her best years - love and sex is too beautiful to be missed out on.
