construction moving too slowly
The central government has
allocated 200 million baht to upgrade Utapao Airport, once again viewing
it as a viable alternative to Nong Ngu Hao.
The central government has commandeered 200 million baht to upgrade U-tapao Airport in response to construction delays at Nong Ngu Hao Airport.
A committee of ministers acquired the 200 million baht on June 16 from a shipyard project after agreeing the funds for that project were not being obligated in time.
