Sonthaya Khunpluem, minister of science, technology and
energy, presided over the ribbon cutting ceremony opening a charity bowling
benefit at the Pattaya P.S. Bowl. The bowling benefit was organized by students
studying government administration in class 3 at the National Institute of
Development Administration (NIDA) with assistance from Manit Boonchim, TAT
central region 3 office director, and Paisan Suriyamongkhol, the assistant
professor at NIDA Political Science Center in Chonburi.

The management of the Horseshoe Point Resort and Country
Club recently held a surprise birthday party for general manager Jo Stetten
at the Jaydee Restaurant. Jo Stetten, who was surrounded by well wishers, was
indeed pleasantly surprised.

A spectacular “Space” theme cocktail party was
recently held at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort in appreciation
of the regular guests staying at the resort. Held frequently
throughout the year, the “regular guest cocktail parties” have
become a firm tradition at the resort. Led by general manager Andrew
J. Wood, the management team of the hotel played host to over 80
guests.
