Clubs

The Pattaya Expats Club is all about expats helping expats and all nationalities are welcome. Whatever your question or problem, you can be sure there is another expat in the club who has ‘been there, done that’. The club holds breakfast meetings every Sunday at 11 a.m. at Cafe New Orleans, Soi Pattayaland 2, South Pattaya. For those interested in playing the stock market, sharing research methodology or just exchanging ideas, then this is for you. The ‘Wall Street Fools’ meet every Wednesday at 12 noon at Tequila Reef Cantina & Mexican Grill, Soi 7, 30 meters off the beach.

Education

In less than two months of operation, AUA have already had over three hundred and twenty students register for English language courses at their new school in the Pattaya Bazaar. To accommodate the many inquiries for daytime classes, AUA are running three-week summer courses. The next course runs from May 13 - May 30. The Fountain of Life Center on Soi Bua Khao is sponsoring a One Day Seminar on STD & AIDS in English at the Camillian Centre in Rayong. The seminar, presented by Father Giovanni, the founder of the Camillian Center, is open to everyone, men and women, and will provide useful information on sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.
