Sopin Thappajug, managing director of the Diana Group, accompanied by the head of various departments and the management team presented Khao Pansaa candles to various temples in Pattaya, including the Dhamm Samakee, Khao Makok, and Na Jomtien Temples, in the evening of July 22, on the occasion of the Buddhist Lent Festival beginning from July 25, to encourage and continue the traditional beliefs and teaching of Buddhism.

Nisakorn Kositratna, deputy director-general of the Pollution Control Department (PCD), together with the Environmental Officer Group and the Executive Group from the Ministry of Environment, Indonesia, visited the Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC) to follow up ESBEC progress by Modern Sanitary Landfill. The group was also there to learn about the waste generator, source of each type of waste and recycling waste. John L. Hamilton, ESBEC site manager and his team extended a warm welcome and led them on a site tour.
