Capt. Kachorn Tesmasa, deputy director General Marine Department recently
presided over the senior government officials meeting for GEF/UNDP/IMO Regional
Program on Partnerships in Environment Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA)
at the Napalai Convention Hall of the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel. The
representatives from Global Environmental Facility (GEF), United Nations
Development Program (UNDP) and International Maritime Organization (IMO)
attended the final agreement on the Sustainable Development Strategy from the
Seas of East Asia. The achievement result will be proposed for an approval in
the Ministerial Forum that will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in December
2003.

T-shirt that can be worn by a thousand adults. The presentation was
