HRH Princess Somsawali presents a plaque of appreciation to Sutham Phanthusak, managing director of the Tiffany Pattaya Cabaret Show, to credit his prompt commitment in providing the Tiffany Theatre for the celebration and commemoration of HM the Queen Sirikit’s Birthday. Y.W.C.A. Bangkok-Pattaya organized the Mother’s day activities on August 7 which included the best caring mothers awards and the kind-hearted donors pin presentation.


Pol. Capt. Kachorn Tesmasa, deputy director General Marine Department recently presided over the senior government officials meeting for GEF/UNDP/IMO Regional Program on Partnerships in Environment Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) at the Napalai Convention Hall of the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel. The representatives from Global Environmental Facility (GEF), United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and International Maritime Organization (IMO) attended the final agreement on the Sustainable Development Strategy from the Seas of East Asia. The achievement result will be proposed for an approval in the Ministerial Forum that will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in December 2003.


Incentive Group: Mr. Thomas A. Runkle , general manager of Bayer, held a seminar at Vanda room in the Montien Hotel, Pattaya for Bayer Incentive Group from Indonesia which was co-organized by Baht Travel Co., Ltd.


Mr. Weeravit Wiwatcanich, Deputy Chonburi Governor, recently presided over the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Expo conducted by Reed Tradex at the Convention Hall of the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel. Mr. Weeravit is being welcomed by Ms. Nattha Chowanich, Deputy Managing Director of Reed Tradex.


Garden Beach Resort, Pattaya led by Nattakarn Tatchatununti, director of sales, hosted a dinner party for members of the Australian-Thai Chamber of Commerce at the hotel recently. Ms. Nattakarn (first row, third left) stands proud amongst the enthusiastic participants.

General Manager of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum Pattaya Thailand, Somporn Naksuetrong (right), presented Ripley’s certificate of Recognition to Khun Tiraphot Vajrabhaya, (center) Chairman of the Shell Company of Thailand Limited, for successfully creating Thailand’s largest T-shirt that can be worn by a thousand adults. The presentation was witnessed by Shell’s senior management, media and thousands of spectators at The World Trade Center.
