The Pattaya International Ladies Club will
host their next get together for “Coffee” at the Alkemy Restaurant

Pattaya City Expats Club meets on Sunday mornings at

Training Courses
The ‘Food for Thought’ program will start
its first course ‘Food for Life’ at 10 a.m. on Wednesday March 17 at the Art
Cafe. This is a hands-on and realistic approach to healthy eating, dealing
with all styles of food including vegetarian and “minimal meat cookery”.
Course will be looking at food preparation, storage and consumption and
exploring the premise that “simple is best” when it comes to the
