The Royal Cliff Beach Resort recently received the internationally-recognized ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate, becoming the first convention hotel in Thailand to achieve both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 accreditation. RW TUV (Thailand) general manager, Prayoon Tosanguan, Ph.D. formally presented the certificate to Royal Cliff Beach Resort managing director Panga Vathanakul during a brief ceremony held at the resort on March 30. Pattaya City’s newly elected mayor, Niran Wattanasartsathorn was also present to witness the ceremony.
