On Songkran Day, Chanyuth Hengtrakul, Advisor to the
Minister of Tourism and Sports and his wife Wilawan performed the bathing
ceremonies of the Buddha image at the Nongprue Temple in Banglamung district.

Woodlands Hotel & Resort
was awarded an official 4 stars international standard rating by the
‘Foundation for Standards and Human Resources Development in the
Hospitality Industry’, which oversees the first official star
rating system for Thai hotels. H.E. Sontaya Kunplome, (left)
Minister of Tourism and Sports presented the award to Ms. Alisa
Phanthusak, assistant managing director.

congratualed by Somorn Naksuetrong (far left) and former beauty queens. This
unusual beauty pageant is organized annually at the Royal Garden Plaza
by Ripley’s Museum to promote tourism to Pattaya.
