Announcements
The Charity Club of Pattaya is building a classroom
to house 40+ Children at the Wat Wang Wa School. The school is situated just
outside Klaeng, South of Rayong. Until the end of November, with the help of
the following establishments, various pub nights will be held with the
proceeds being donated to the Charity Club of Pattaya. Dates and venues
involved in the project are as follows: August 19 at Witherspoon’s; Sept. 2
at Oliver Twist’s; October 14 at Shenanigans; October 27 at Kilkenny’s;
and the finale will be held at the home of the Charity Club of Pattaya: The
Queen Victoria Inn Soi 6 on Sat. November 11. All the Pub Nights will be
holding a charity raffle as well on the night. Watch the local press for the

The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC)
will be on Sunday, August 20. The Club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J.
Bean’s Restaurant on the north end of Beach Road in the grounds of the Amari
Orchid Resort. The program starts as usual at 10:30 a.m. with a buffet
breakfast available from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Everyone is warmly welcome. Each
week, a guest speaker will provide an informal but interesting talk on a wide
range of topics. This will be followed by the usual open forum and update on

Club meets. It matters not what service you were in, as the idea of the
