Tropical Bert’s turned into a bit of a children’s
playground recently when they hosted a group of children from Croston House
Children’s Home to Sunday Lunch. All went well until the Ice Cream came out
and then it turned into a Rugby Scrum Down, being as the kids had all been
acting as Ball Boys and Girls at the Pattaya 10s Rugby tournament, they all
had a good idea what to do!!!
Richard Smith celebrated his birthday by having a romantic
dinner with his wife Jeanette at Casa Pascal Restaurant recently.
Asked how old he is, Richard said, “21…in my heart.”
Ninety-two supporters of the Pattaya Gay Festival attended a
lavish dinner at Bruno’s Restaurant recently and raised 300,000 baht
for Heartt 2000, the charity that provides treatment for AIDS and HIV

David Cuddon (2nd right), the General Manager of the

At the opening celebrations of the new Steak Bao
Restaurant, Thai legendary Rock and Country Band ‘Carabao’ led by Aed
and his three inseparable guitarists Lek, Thiery and Odd performed their
well-known songs including some new releases much to the enjoyment of their
Thai and foreign fans. The restaurant is located on Pratamnak Road.
