Clubs

The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, August 5th. The Club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J. Bean’s Restaurant on the north end of Beach Road in the grounds of the Amari Orchid Resort. The program starts as usual at 10:30am with a buffet breakfast available from 9:30 to 11am. Everyone is warmly welcome. Each week, a guest speaker will provide an informal but interesting talk on a wide range of topics. This will be followed by the lively Open Forum and update on happenings in and around Pattaya. A full report appears each week in Pattaya Mail. The Pattaya International Ladies Club August Lunch will be held on Tuesday, 7th of August from 10.30am at Gians, Chateau Dale Plaza, Jomtien. The Royal British Legion, Chonburi Thailand Branch is now up and running at Tropical Bert’s. You do not have to have served in H.M. armed services to join as long as you support the principles of the Legion you are more than welcome. All members receive a 15% discount every day at the bar and we have a get together every Sunday lunch (free food). The Pattaya Gay Festival (PGF) is organizing a special charity ‘Three Divas’ show on Saturday, August 4th at Le Café Royale in Boystown, Pattaya. Admission to the show is 500 baht with all the proceeds going to charitable causes. A free finger buffet will also be available to all who attend.
