Hugh Millar, proprietor of the Symphony Restaurant reports,
“There were 12 of us grouped into threes and each group had to purchase the
same bottle of wine priced under 500 Baht and bring them along for us to
try. I did a five-course menu and surprisingly we ended up with four quite
good wines to try. The SWAPs had a really fun night. We will try to do this
on a regular basis. Friends are tempted to come along.”
