The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, August 26. The Club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J. Bean’s Restaurant on the north end of Beach Road in the grounds of the Amari Orchid Resort. The program starts as usual at 10:30am with a buffet breakfast available from 9:30 to 11am. With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, Clayton will be ideally placed to provide an update on the current condition of the Pattaya real estate market, what he sees for the market following the results of the constitution referendum, and what changes he sees following the recent withdrawal of the Foreign Business Act in Parliament.
