In memory of Michael J Fearon (best known as
Chicago Mike) who was killed in a horrific accident in Sattahip
on Weds. 21 Nov, a celebration of life memorial will be held at
the upper level of the Food Wave located in the Royal Garden
Plaza on Monday 10 Dec at 2pm. Mike loved the ocean and the site
of this celebration appropriately overlooks the Gulf of
Thailand.
The well-known Indian physician Dr Kamal
is back in Pattaya. He now practices at his new Dr. Kamal clinic
located on Soi 16 in South Pattaya, close to the Sikh Temple. Dr
Kamal has devoted himself to naturopathic practices and heals
with magnetic energy and special massages. Every Sunday from

The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats
Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, December 9. The Club meets
every Sunday morning at Henry J. Bean’s Restaurant on the
north end of Beach Road in the grounds of the Amari Orchid
Resort. The program starts as usual at 10:30 A.M. with a buffet
breakfast available from 9:30 to 11 A.M. This week the PCEC
welcomes back Dr. Iain Corness who will talk about the tests
that you really should be taking at your annual medical
check-up. The Bangkok Hospital Pattaya will open their 50% off
check-up program in honour of H.M. The King’s birthday. This
will be followed by the ever lively Open Forum and update on

For the past 28 years the Samaritans of
Thailand have been providing confidential crisis
intervention services over the telephone. The English-speaking
unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7
days a week to provide support to the expatriate community.
English-speaking staff, trained in crisis intervention will
provide active, non-judgmental and empathetic listening services
on the phone. All calls will be handled on an anonymous basis

The Royal British Legion, Chonburi
Thailand Branch is now up and running at Tropical Bert’s.
You do not have to have served in H.M. armed services to join as

The Young Thai Sikh Association (YTSA)

Family Mela" at the Thai Sikh International School campus
