Bangkok – Publicly listed condominium developer Raimon Land received
an unprecedented 3 awards at the Thailand Property Awards 2007 held in
Bangkok earlier this month.
Raimon Land won the following trophies: Best Developer, Best Urban
Development (The Legend Saladaeng) and Best Development Website
(www.TheRiverBangkok.com).
Acclaimed for its prestigious projects in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya,
Raimon Land is one of Thailand’s most proactive property development
companies today. CEO Mr. Nigel J. Cornick said: “It is a great honor to
receive these distinctions. We are delighted to see that our relentless
focus to establish new standards in design, convenience, functionality and
value in property development has been acknowledged by the industry.”
Among Raimon Land’s current projects are The Lofts Yennakart and The River
in Bangkok, The Heights Phuket, and Northpoint along Pattaya’s Wong Amat
Beach.
The developers website, www.TheRiverBangkok.com, was recognized for its
innovative features including a unique 360° virtual view of the luxury
project on the banks of the Chao Praya River, and of its 5-star
neighbourhood. This is the first time that such cutting edge visualization
technology is made available in Thailand. The site also offers prospective
residents an interactive map of Bangkok showing the main thoroughfares and
points of interest.
“These awards reflect the commitment and dedication of an entire company and
are the result of true team work,” concluded Mr. Cornick.
The Thailand Property Awards is the country’s most prestigious event in the
property and real estate sector. Winners in each category were selected by
industry professionals after a rigorous and objective review process of
their submissions.
Looking to dip your toes in the property market? Why not try La Royale Beach
La Royale Beach offers a huge
range of accommodation at prices that wont shock the mortgage advisor.
Paul Strachan
Many investors and potential property buyers have been wary of signing
on the dotted line in a year that can only be described as an uncertain time for
the economy.
However it’s nice to see that some developments are finally taking shape and for
a few, they seem to be in excellent shape.

La Royale Beach situated at the far end of Jomtien Beach is now nearing
completion, its been a long road, however aided with the foresight of Wise Power
Land Company Ltd and in particular its CEO Eric Lai, it was always a certainty
that not only would La Royale Beach happen – but that it would be a truly unique
development that would provide a haven of happiness and comfort for its
residents and provide a sound investment opportunity at the same time.
So what’s unique about La Royale Beach? Well first and foremost, it really does
live up to the term ‘ Beachfront Living’ as La Royale Beach is right on the
beach, with nothing between the development and the golden sands of Jomtien.
Residents can walk straight from the beach to their rooms. La Royale Beach also
offers a huge range of accommodation at prices that wont shock the mortgage
advisor.
David Gray from East Coast Real Estate has been involved in the project from the
outset and it’s he who is handling the sales of the few remaining units, units
that have been readjusted to allow for the change in customer spending.
Hot
tubs overlooking the beach are one of the unique features of this exciting
development.
David told us that it was originally intended to have some units for the
high-end buyers that spanned across an entire floor, with the best views across
the bay. However David found that it was the high-end buyer who was slightly
sceptical and as such these floors have now been split up, which means that the
rooms with the highest ceiling and best views are still up for grabs.
Another unique feature of La Royale Beach is that all traffic will be unseen, as
parking and access will be underground, so that the focus will be in creating an
environment that is truly conducive to Beachfront Living.
La Royale Beach will also have a gymnasium, numerous pools including a ‘Dead Sea
Pool’ as well as shops restaurants and for those who want to make the short trip
into Jomtien or Pattaya they will find that accessibility is easy and as usual
in Thailand, inexpensive.
La Royale Beach also has six smaller buildings that not only enhance the resort
but also provide accommodation for those who prefer to live low-rise as opposed
to high-rise.
If you have been contemplating dipping your toe into the property market in
Thailand or looking for a dream home within minutes of fun city, then perhaps La
Royale Beach is the place for you.
