Radio disc jockey for Wave 88 Radio Paul Jackson receives
his certificates of appreciation for compeering the Jesters Party Night at
Jameson’s The Irish Pub in Pattaya since 2005. It’s not that the
certificates have not been ready, but only because although Paul is one of
the best radio disc jockeys around, somehow his memory tends to let him down
when leaving Jameson’s. This time fat landlord Kim Fletcher gave him his
certificates of appreciation when he arrived.
George Des (IGS) and Wayne Bell, general manager of Security
Foods PTY Ltd, introduced a new platinum brand of Australian wagyu beef to
Pattaya’s leading hotels, restaurants, chefs and owners. Mantra
Restaurant & Bar was selected for the venue for tasting the products.
Menu and cooking methods demos were conducted by Superchef Supachai (4th
right), executive chef of Amari Orchid Resort & Tower, home to Mantra.

As part of their special seminar course, an educational
visit was held at the Diana Garden Resort for the small and medium
size entrepreneurial attendees who wanted to experience the service based
hospitality businesses where various techniques such as customer services
procedures could be applied to their industries. Sopin Thappajug, managing
director of the Diana Group was there to welcome them as well as being the
lecturer on the subject of vertical business expansions.

Hotel Public Relations Association, recently presented a congratulatory

by the member’s vote during the association’s monthly meeting organized at
