Bangkok Hospital Pattaya celebrated the fourth anniversary of its
Dermatology and Beauty Center on February 23, holding a celebration and
offering special beauty packages at discounted rates.
Banglamung District chief Mongkol Thammakittikhun opened the celebrations at
the center, together with hospital director Dr Pichit Kangwolkij.
Dr Pichit said that the center has been very successful, with more than 80
percent of those seeking cosmetic surgery and other treatments there coming
from overseas.
“Ninety percent of our patients are satisfied with their treatment,” he
said, adding that a 100 percent success rate would not be possible as every
person has a different opinion and perception. “The hospital is always ready
to make corrections in the event the patient is unsatisfied with some
aspects of their surgeries,” he added.
Dr Pichit said that currently the hospital has five cosmetic surgery
physicians, and that they are highly experienced in carrying out major
cosmetic surgery.
To celebrate the fourth anniversary, the hospital is offering promotional
packages for Thai and foreign customers, with discounts of between 20 and 70
percent on dermatology and cosmetic treatments. The packages are valid until
March 15.

Paul Strachan (left) talks to Ferenc Fricsay about the upcoming Charity Recital
Concert being staged at the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa.
In an exclusive interview on PMTV, Mr. Ferenc Fricsay, who is the driving force
behind this concert, told us how excited he was to be able to organize this
musical evening.
Ferenc is the son of the famous Hungarian composer Ferenc Fricsay, so music is a
passion that has been with him all his life.
He said that the programme for the evening will provide the audience with music
that spans many countries and indeed centuries and that he thinks that people
will rediscover some of the pieces which, although they might not know by name,
they will probably have heard many times before.
The programme will include music by Bazzini, Brahms, Dohnany, Drigo, Gershwin,
Hubay, Listz, Mozart, Moszkowski, Sarasate & Saint-Saens.
Ferenc said that Vilmos Olah is regarded as one of the top five violinists in
the world today and that who better to accompany him than his brother Geza.
The Rotary Club Eastern Seaboard supports many charitable projects in the area,
such as the ‘Clean Drinking Water Project’ and the ‘Learning English CD’ and
funds raised from these two concerts will again go to helping the disadvantaged
in our community.
Tickets are available from the business centre at the Marriott Resort & Spa on
Second Road here in Pattaya and cost a mere 750 Baht.
