On the 4th February 2010 twelve Pattaya real estate brokers,
all members of the Real Estate Broker Association Eastern Seaboard (REBA-ES) and
the Real Estate Broker Association of Thailand (REBA), received their
certificates for the successful completion of the prestigious NAR course:
‘Certified Residential Specialist’ (CRS).
The NAR-CRS ‘Certified Residential Specialist’ (CRS) course
was held between the 1st and 4th February 2010 in Bangkok and sponsored by the
Thai Appraisal foundation and REBA Thailand.
The awards ceremony was conducted by Paisan Bundityanond
(Founder and Charter President of REBA Thailand, Founder and Honorary Chairman
of REBA-ES and owner of Rabbit Resort, Pattaya), Dr. Somsak Muneepeerakul
(President of REBA Thailand), Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai (President of Thai
Appraisal Foundation) and Gail G. Lyons (NAR/CRS Certified Instructor, REALTOR
for 27 years and owner of Boulder Real Estate Services, USA).
The following delegates from Pattaya were awarded
certificates: Grant Babinyan, Executive Director - Farang Ru; Denis Nemstev,
Managing Director - Farang Ru; Heiner Moessing, Sales Director - Siam

Designation completed advanced courses (4 days), demonstrated professional
expertise in the field of residential real estate and successfully completed and
passed all of the course exams (x4).
CRS – The Symbol of Real Estate
Excellence
CRS is a designation by the Council of Residential
Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of
Realtors (NAR-USA).
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the
highest credential awarded to real estate brokers in residential sales. It is
recognized internationally as the symbol of success, career excellence and
professionalism.
The CRS designation is the most rigorous residential
designation: the “PhD” of the residential real estate profession. Earning the
CRS requires completing comprehensive educational requirements, as well as
providing a proven track record of sales that are above average.
CRS advanced training gives the broker an in-depth knowledge
about business planning, making listing and sale presentations, negotiating and
closing smoother transactions, working in the buyers’ and sellers’ best interest
and building a referral business.
Some 48,000 real estate brokers worldwide (only 4% of NAR
members) have received this prestigious recognition.
National Association of Realtors
The National Association of Realtors (USA) founded 1908 in
Chicago USA, its one on the USA’s largest trade associations with over 1.2 M
members.
The term Realtor is a registered collective membership mark
that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National
Association of Realtors and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
The twelve successful Pattaya REBA-ES CRS delegates have not
only qualified for CRS membership, but have also qualified for and will become
members of the National Association of Realtors. Their official membership
certificates are due to issued within the next few weeks and you will see the
CRS and NAR logos prominently displayed by the qualified members.
