Sopin Thappajug, MD of the Diana Group of Hotels and Resorts presents an offering to Phra Acharn Sumet, chief abbot of Santiwanaram temple located in Chiang Mai. The revered monk presided over religious ceremonies including leading the faithful in meditation sessions at the Avatar room of the Chakthep Piman conference centre at the Diana Garden Resort recently. The program is open to staff of the Diana Group and to the general public. Sopin initiated this ongoing program which is held every 3 months to promote the Buddhist concept of ‘Morality in Business’.

This month’s theme was “White One”, a salute to the auspicious date of the day 01.01.11, where guests were invited to dress in white to celebrate this special occasion. The event was filled with joy and happiness as numerous attractive white outfits were seen and guests imbibed in fine food and drinks and danced throughout the night.
