President Gudmund Eiksund (2nd left) inducts Lorena Paso

Grand Hotel recently. Lorena was proposed by PP Max Rommel (2nd right) and
seconded by PP Dennis Stark (right) to be part of the wonderful Rotary world
of humanitarian service and warm fellowship.
Richard Purcell (2nd left) was announced as the latest
winner in the Hilton Hotel’s Dine ‘n’ Fly promotional campaign. On hand to
draw the prize of return airfares for two and two nights’ accommodation at
the Conrad Bali were the Hilton management team (l-r) Simon Bender, food &
beverage manager, Michel Scheffers, director of operations, Harald
Feurstein, general manager and Sunday Dhaninrat, MarCom manager. Hilton
Pattaya announced that due to its popularity, the campaign is extended
until 12 November 2011 with one more fantastic holiday at the Conrad Koh
Samui up for grabs.

With the support of GM Pierre-Andre Pelletier (left) and
her friends and colleagues, Nichaya Chaivisuth (centre), president of the
Hotel Public Relations Association of Thailand and director of
communications & PR of the Amari Watergate Bangkok recently launched
her pocket book titled “Nichaya...PR out of box”. All proceeds from the sale
of the book will be donated to support the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast
Cancer Foundation.

Never a dull moment at the Pullman Pattaya Aisawan
Hotel when the recently held G Session featured the “Charlie’s Angels”
retro night. Staff and guests were dressed in their latest 70’s threads and
got their groove on with boogie dancers bopping to the great beats of the
70s and 80s.
Korean superstar Hwang Jung Eum (right) made the Royal
Cliff her home during her private visit to Pattaya recently. She was
welcomed by Vathanai Vathanakul (left), vice president of Royal Cliff
Hotels Group who ensured that her stay at the world famous resort would
be a most memorable one.
