Muang Thai Life Assurance’s CEO Sara Lamsam has been recognized for his exceptional leadership, vision, and commitment to sustainable business practices, earning the “Thailand Top CEO of the Year 2024” award in the life insurance industry category for the third consecutive year. The prestigious award, organized by Business+ magazine in collaboration with Thammasat University’s Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, highlights outstanding organizational leadership in Thailand.
Sara has continued to drive innovation and expand the company’s market presence. This year, under his leadership, the company launched the “MTL Click” app, which integrates all services into one platform, and won the Business+ Product Innovation Award 2023.
The company also introduced “MTL Fit”, an app offering dynamic pricing for health insurance, and collaborated with Line BK to provide accessible life insurance for lower-income consumers and freelancers. These innovations have significantly contributed to the company’s growth, with insurance premiums rising 14.4% year-on-year in the first five months of 2023.
