Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) is celebrating Songkran Festival 2012 and offering special Thai menus for passengers.
Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, THAI President, said that THAI will celebrate Songkran Festival 2012 by offering the following special menus on 12-14 April 2012 to promote Thai cultural traditions:
1. Passengers on all international flights departing from Bangkok will be served lunch and dinner menus:
– Royal First Class passengers will be served Chicken Herbs with jasmine rice mix with Man-poo rice, followed by desserts Kao Niaw Ma Muang (Glutinous Rice with Mango Slices), Thong Yip, Sa-Nae-Jan, Look Choop.
– Royal Silk Class passengers and Premium Economy passengers will be served Chicken Herbs with whole grain rice, followed by desserts Kao Niaw Ma Muang (Glutinous Rice with Mango Slices), Look Choop.
– Economy Class passengers will be served Chicken Herbs with jasmine rice, followed by Sago soup dessert.
1. Passengers on all domestic flights will be served the following desserts:
– On domestic flights departing from Bangkok, Royal Silk Class passengers will be served Khanom Sai Sai and Economy Class passengers will be served Khanom Kao Pod.
– On domestic flights arriving from Bangkok, Royal Silk Class passengers will be served Longan Jelly and Economy Class passengers will be served Khanom Morkaeng Puak.
