Eight Russian tourists were hurt when their minivan flipped outside Pattaya.
The five women and three men were treated for minor injuries after being pulled from their Buri Ram-registered Pradab Tour minivan flipped over in the middle of Highway 36 May 25. There was no sign of the driver.
One passenger said they were on their way back from Koh Chang and the van was speeding. The driver lost control, crashed, and ran from the scene.
Police are now trying to hunt him down.
