Pattaya Fashion Week gets sexy, affordable

Thai and international models showcased 15 high-end and fashion brands as Pattaya International Fashion Week returned June 17-19.

Wiboon Nimitwanit of the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Edward Kithi Pra­theep­naksin, president of the Modeling Industry and Agencies of Thailand, opened the event featuring catwalks at both Royal Garden Plaza and Central Festival Pattaya Beach.

Organized by the association, TAT and city hall, the annual fashion show drew top models and agencies, such as The Only Modeling Agency, to highlight Pattaya as both a choice of fashion apparel retailers and shoppers.

This year’s theme was “Sexy Beach” with models from around the world showing off beachwear. Fifteen brands were showcased, including several that won’t break the bank.

Popular products and clothing were available throughout the event at discounted prices. Promotions also were offered from 5-7 p.m. on event days as part of the Pattaya Grand Sale.
