The Pattaya Grand Sale gets underway again this month, offering discounts on shopping and accommodations throughout the city.
Heads of regional business, tourism, sports and hotel associations kicked off the three-month campaign at the Green Park Resort July 11. The sale runs July 15-Sept. 30.

Supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Chonburi provincial government, the Pattaya Grand Sale has become the city’s principal tourism-promotion effort during the low season, aimed mostly at domestic Thai travelers.
Prayuth Tamthum, the TAT official heading the promotion, said participating businesses include Krungsri Ayuthaya, Central World Group, Central World Department Store, shops, tax-free shops, tour companies, hotels, golf courses, spas and others.
The Pattaya Grand Sale offers savings of up to 60 percent on hotels room, 50 percent at golf courses, tourist attractions and 20 percent at restaurants.
