Royal Thai Police Assistant Commander hands over vehicles, winter clothing for officers in remote areas

Acting Assistant Commissioner-General of Royal Thai Police Pol. Lt. Gen. Decha Boodnampetch visited the Provincial Police Region 5 headquarters on December 26, 2017 to meet officers and to hand over 57 vehicles and 48 motorcycles for use in police stations. He also gave winter clothing for police officers and families who are on duty in rural and remote areas from the Police Officers and Family Welfare Foundation.

The Assistant Commissioner – General was welcomed by Pol. Gen. Poonsub Prasertsak, Acting Commissioner of Provincial Police Region 5 and officers at the Region 5 headquarters on his visit. He said that the vehicles were for use in substations around Region 5 and he also delivered winter clothing purchased by the Police Officers and Family Welfare Foundation which donated 1,506 sets of winter clothing.
