Father Ray Foundation marks 100-days since King’s death

More than 300 students and executives from the Father Ray Foundation marked 100 days since the death of HM the late King with a Roman Catholic mass in Pattaya.

Rev. Michael Picharn Jaiseri, president of the foundation, hosted the Jan. 21 funeral prayers service at the Redemptorist Vocational School for Persons with Disabilities.

The prayers were followed by the observation of 89 seconds of silence and the singing of the royal anthem. After the service, the participants joined to plant trees around the multipurpose building as a “good deed for Dad”.

The ceremony was intended to have students of the Father Ray Foundation schools express their loyalty and gratitude to the late monarch as well as understand the principles of Catholicism and the need for harmony among religions.
