Last Saturday and Sunday saw the final lawn bowls trials held at the Coco Club in Pattaya to decide who travels to Australia to represent the country in the singles events at the upcoming World Bowls events in November and December.

Eight men and eight ladies played fifty-six matches on a round robin basis with the bowlers producing some fabulous ends as they stove to reach the magic number of 15 points for the win.  One of the matches took an hour and a half to complete and ended with a 15-14 score-line.
