Kind-hearted students from Garden International School (GIS) have donated dozens of gifts to a Pattaya-based children’s charity.
The school launched a new Global Action Committee with a whole school assembly. This included a talk from the Hand to Hand Foundation in Pattaya, which helps impoverished children and their families.
Several students were so moved by what they heard, they decided they wanted to help and collect items. A week-long drive was launched and result-ed in many, many boxes-full of items, which will be sent to the Foundation.
The Hand to Hand Foundation is one of the school’s chosen charities for this year.
