A Russian man lost 25,000 baht and his phone to a bag snatcher on wheels.
Vladimir Gorgotsfrom, 65, told police March 11 that he was walking back to his apartment at Paradise Park on Soi Wat Boonkanchanaram when a Thai man in a blue shirt drove by and ripped away his handbag.
Inside the bag were personal documents, his LG smartphone and about 25,000 baht in cash.
Police were checking CCTV cameras in the area in hopes of identifying the thief.
