Guardians, caretakers and volunteers received free sign-language lessons to better equip them to improve the lives of the elderly and disabled.
About 50 participants leaned the various movements of the arms, hands and body needed to communicate with signal and facial expressions for the hearing impaired.
Two lecturers from the Deaf Association of Thailand led the instruction.
