Jealousy sent two lovers to the hospital after they bludgeoned and stabbed each other in a fight over online chatting.
Polset Deantaisong, 47, and his 19-year-old girlfriend identified only as Benz were treated at a local hospital and detained by police who found crystal methamphetamine in their Soi Prayadsab apartment May 11.
The incident began when Benz was lying on the bed happily chatting on the Line messaging application. Fearful his young love was talking with another man, Polset demanded to see the phone, which set off an argument.
He then smashed a piggy bank over Benz’s head, causing a bloody wound. She responded by stabbing the older man with a pocket knife.
