16 people were arrested when police and soldiers raided two Pattaya pubs catering to Thais.
About 70 Chonburi police and army personnel stormed the 18+ Club on Third Road and Nighty Night Club on Soi Phettrakul after legal operating hours on June 20.
At 18+, two drunk underage girls, seven people who failed a drug test and the manager were arrested.
Around 4 a.m. at Nighty Night, two foreigners working illegally and four people who failed a drug test were detained.
Shisha was found in both establishments.
Both clubs now face five-year closures.
