A top Internal Security Operations Command visited the army’s unit in Chonburi to get an update on efforts to prevent terrorism and transnational crime.

Chonburi ISOC deputy commander Col. Tatsanai Prathumthong welcomed Lt. Gen. Chartchai Jangsri, assistant director of ISOC 3rd Region Coordination Cooperation Center to the provincial hall June 28.

Chartchai was given a briefing on the operations of the unit in charge of terrorism, transnational crime, intellectual property infringement, and illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing.

Tatsanai also received new policies and orders from his commander.

Chartchai said Pattaya is a high-priority for anti-terrorism operations as it is such a magnet for foreign tourists.
