One of central Pattaya’s last large pieces of vacant land is set for development with the launch of The Embassy Condo.
Komaen Mahankharat, head of the eight-story project to be built near Central and Sukhumvit roads, and Pattaya MP Poramet Ngampichet launched the development Nov. 9 at Central Festival Pattaya Beach.

Komaen called the location “ideal for the new generation” with easy access to shopping, restaurants and the beach.
The 300 million baht, two-building project spread over more than a rai of land will offer 200 units starting at 1.3 million baht. Amenities include swimming pool, fitness center, a “barbecue lounge,” and complex-wide wireless Internet access.
