Rakchart Management Group’s Edward Kitti said the smiling figurines are aimed at giving Thai police a good image and to build friendship with the general public. They were commissioned as part of the Royal Thai Police “Friendly Police” project, which carries the motto of “We Are Your Best Friends.”

Along with the mascots, police debuted brochures to be distributed throughout the city in four languages that provide information about the police and emergency services.
