Sopin Thappajug (3rd right), MD of the Diana Group, led her management team on a field trip to Japan recently, taking them on the Tokyo-Fuji route. Whilst there the team took the opportunity to learn more about developing their management skills, adopting the Japanese business culture of discipline, strength and perseverance.
