We are approaching the New Year’s festive season, having just got over the Merry Xmas celebration.
Like so many of us, I do enjoy the camaraderie that New Year brings out. Goodness me, is it really a year since we last got together! Have another beer.
Unfortunately, there is a party down side. Police road checks. And since the Boys in Brown now have testing equipment, you haven’t got much wriggle room.
Don’t get me wrong here – I am not advocating driving when drunk, what I am advocating here is travel by taxi, it is safer than being DUI, and a lot cheaper than the negotiated, side of the road charges.
I use Grab Taxi which I have found to be punctual and the drivers capable.
