A South Pattaya street was blacked out after a utility pole fell during a Boxing Day storm.
Witnesses said the post on Soi Day-Night already was worn out but after a rain storm, it fell over and caused a blackout in the area. No one was injured.
Provincial Electricity Authority workers restored power later Dec. 26.
