The Centara Grand Phratamnak hotel hosted the International Sweets Showcase featuring world-class chefs whipping up dessert delights.
Tom Van Den Berg, general manager of Bakels & Lakeland Dairies, hosted the March 7 product presentation with hotel lead chef Eakarit Wongngan. Together they made 15 different sweets using the company’s products.
Those who missed out on the two hours of sweets can purchase the desserts at the Centara’s restaurant, which makes them daily.
