The Russian couple caught on video having sex on Jomtien Beach won’t be returning to Thailand after they were blacklisted from the country, but not until after they had already left.
Pattaya Police Chief Apichai Kroppech said March 27 that police found closed-circuit camera footage showing the amorous couple had been staying at the Citrus Park Hotel off Thappraya Road. But the unnamed woman left U-Tapao-Rayong-Pattaya Airport and the man from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, both for Russia, before police identified them.
Both have been blacklisted from Thailand but police, in a classic “kill the messenger” move, now plan to bring Computer Crime Act charges against the unidentified suspect who uploaded the video to the internet.
