A Nakhon Ratchasima woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a British boyfriend who wanted to break up with her.
Wassana Karndee, 38, was apprehended April 6 on Soi Taengmo in central Pattaya, shortly after a bloody Kim Fuller Patrick, 67, left his Diana Estate Condominiums home on Soi Buakhao to call for help.
A police search of the victim’s condo found a bloody shirt and small fruit knife covered in blood. Wassana also had a cut on her arm incurred during the struggle with the Englishman, police said.
Police said the suspect had been dating the Briton 29 years her senior for three years until he suddenly announced he wanted to break up and told her to leave the condo. An argument ensued and she stabbed him in anger, police said.
The victim was transported to Pattaya Memorial Hospital for treatment.
