Pattaya marine rescuers saved an injured sea turtle stranded on a Koh Larn beach.

The large 10-year-old turtle, weighing about 70 kilograms, was discovered by tourists May 23. While its injuries were not life-threatening, they did prevent the beached reptile from getting back in the water.

The giant turtle, which is on the endangered list in Thailand, was taken to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center in Sattahip for care. (Agencies)
