Dr. Otmar Deter (3rd right), Charter President of the Rotary E-Club Dolphin-Pattaya, celebrated his 80th birthday by distributing presents and providing lunch to almost 200 children at the Child Protection and Development Center recently. He was accompanied by his wife, Past President Dr Margret Deter (left), and current president, Maneeya Engelking (4th left), along with many Rotarians and friends.
