Nong Khai’s Sang Khom district is bustling with tourists who wish to watch a beautiful thick sea of fog over the Mekong River.
Tourists from all over Thailand flocked to observe the fog in Ban Muang sub-district, Sangkhom district, over the weekend.
Popular viewpoints are Phu Hua Isan, Phu Nong, Phu Loan and Phu Pha Tak with at least 1,000 tourists each.
Temperatures at the top of mountains are at about 16-17 degrees Celsius.
