PSC Golf from Mulligans Lakeside
Tuesday, March 12, The Emerald – Stableford
After 3 years of golf being played from Mulligans Lakeside and within sight of the end of our basing there, we had our first Hole in One. Noi Kamsantia was the golfer who achieved this most special of achievements for any golfer, on the 15th hole at Emerald.
The course was in good order, with clear skies making for hot conditions, however good scores were not in abundance. The exception was Clive Hoseason (21), who has been in good form lately, leading the way in the higher handicap group, 19+, with 40 points. Second place in the same flight went to Graham Briggs (26) with 37, while a count back was needed before Kurt Erik Persson (25) with 35 points got third over Paul Davies (27), 20/18.

In the lower handicap flight, good scores were thin on the ground, with Jonathan Pratt (17) winning on count back over Martin Hayes (12) 20/16, after both signed for 33 points, while third went to Neil Harvey (18) with 30.
Near pins were spread around to Mham, Martin, Neil & of course our star of the day Noi.
Thursday, March 14, Mt. Shadow – Stableford
Not as big a field today as low season nears, with our venue being Mountain Shadow from the blue tees. Martin Hayes (12) continued his good run with a well compiled 36 points, ahead of Jim Federspiel (18) with 34. Near pins went to Jeff, Jim & Jonathan with 2.
Only 1 more week before we go to our new venue at Rendezvous Restaurant & Bar on Siam Country Club Road. Similar conditions will apply at our new venue to Mulligans Lakeside, where we will play golf generally on Tuesday & Thursday, with Rendezvous hosting prompt presentations on both days.
