Jacqui Cuthbertson, General Manager of InterContinental Pattaya Resort hosted an exclusive wine dinner recently to celebrate the re-launch of the Elements Restaurant at the resort.
Amongst the distinguished guests at the elaborate affair were Autthapon Taweesoonthorn, deputy director of TAT Pattaya, and Onvara Karpin, director of the Tourism Promotion Bureau, Pattaya City. Many local business entrepreneurs, the media and wine suppliers were also in attendance.
Executive Chef Smit Potiket created an extraordinary menu pairing each course with the finest wines from Southern Australia, California and New Zealand.
The Elements radiates a contemporary touch of elegance where one can dine indoors or on the patio offering breath-taking views of the sea.
For those who missed that extraordinary evening of fine dining, Elements is open from 6:00 am-10:30 am for breakfast, 11:00 am-6:00 pm for lunch and 6:00 am-11:00 am for dinner.
